Year 2 recently took part in a special assembly to raise awareness of first aid and learn some important lifesaving skills.
During the session, the children learned how to find a responsible adult in an emergency, how to apply a plaster correctly, and how to help an unconscious person by placing them in the recovery position. These are valuable skills that help children understand how they can respond safely and responsibly if someone needs help.
The children approached the assembly with great maturity, taking part seriously and sensibly throughout. They listened carefully, asked thoughtful questions, and showed what kind, caring, and responsible individuals they are.
Well done, Year 2! We are incredibly proud of your fantastic attitude and enthusiasm for learning how to help others. 🌟👏
