Rhino and Giraffe Class enjoyed a truly fabulous day out at Waddesdon Manor this week. The children were thrilled to explore inside the beautiful manor, even climbing up into the turret, which caused plenty of excitement.
They delighted in retelling the story of Sleeping Beauty through role play and dressing up, and spent time closely observing the paintings that depicted key characters and scenes from the tale. Exploring the grounds was just as magical, especially when they spotted the Blue Fairy Bird in the aviary.
And of course, the double‑decker bus journey was a highlight in itself, adding an extra layer of fun and making the day feel even more special!
Well done to Rhino and Giraffe Class—we now look forward to Elephant and Hippo Class on their visit next week!
