We currently take children in our Nursery the term after their 3rd birthday, dependent on spaces available.

For children born between 1 September 2020 and 31 August 2021
Bedgrove Infant School offers places to 120 pupils per year. The school’s admission arrangements are as described by the Buckinghamshire Education authority for all county schools.
All applications for a place at our school must be made via the Buckinghamshire Council School Admissions Portal: https://www.buckinghamshire.gov.uk/schools-and-learning/schools-index/school-admissions/
The admissions process for parents and carers who intend to apply for a reception place at Bedgrove Infant School from September 2025 begins in September 2024.
Key Dates
- September 2024: admissions information available from the school website and tours available through September and October
- 15th January 2025: deadline for submission of online applications for a reception school place to Buckinghamshire Council School Admissions Team

In-Year Admissions
Bedgrove Infant School offers places to 120 pupils per year group and 96 in the Nursery. The school’s admission arrangements are as described by the Buckinghamshire Education authority for all county schools.
All applications for a place at our school must be made via the Buckinghamshire Council School Admissions Portal: https://www.buckinghamshire.gov.uk/schools-and-learning/schools-index/school-admissions/
If a space is available they will contact you directly to offer it, and then notify us. If no spaces are currently available your child can be added to the Continued Interest list (waiting list) and the Admissions Team will notify you once a space becomes available.
Where there is an oversubscription the schools admission policy is applied, and applicants are placed on the waiting list held by County.

If your child is starting school in September 2027 you may have started to think about school applications. Viewing a school can help you make an informed decision when selecting your school choices.

Groups are limited we therefore ask that you book your visit. We ask that a maximum of 2 people attend per family to ensure that everyone gets the opportunity to visit. Please arrive 5 – 10 minutes before the tour start time. We are unable to permit access to the school car park so please allow enough time to find somewhere suitable to park.
During the open day you will receive a Welcome Meeting from Miss Lawrence, a tour of the school and the opportunity to ask any questions you may have.

Moving up to Junior School
Please note that admission to Bedgrove Junior School for Years 3 – 6 is not automatic and a separate application will need to be completed when your child is in Year 2.
