We’re incredibly proud to celebrate the amazing achievement of Delilah, Gracie and Ava, who took part in a charity walk around Vale Park last weekend.
The girls joined many other children and families from the local community to support an important cause. Showing great determination and enthusiasm, they completed three laps of the park, encouraging one another every step of the way.
Their fundraising efforts were truly outstanding. Together, the girls raised an incredible ยฃ1,080. Delilah raised ยฃ370, while Gracie and Ava raised a fantastic ยฃ710 between them. This remarkable amount will go towards providing urgent humanitarian aid for families living in areas affected by conflict, helping to provide essentials such as clean water, warm meals, and basic necessities for those who need them most.
Throughout this experience, the girls have not only made a positive difference to the lives of others, but they have also developed a deeper understanding of the importance of empathy, compassion and kindness. By taking action to help people facing incredibly difficult circumstances, they have shown that even small acts can have a big impact.
Delilah, Gracie and Ava should be extremely proud of themselves for what they have achieved. Their commitment, generosity and determination have been truly inspiring, and they have set a wonderful example of how young people can make a meaningful contribution to their community and beyond.
